- 1. The subject of the order is the construction of new plantings of tall greenery in the Rokietnica Commune in the number and type of trees specified in the list of plants constituting an annex to the SWZ. 2. The subject of the contract must be performed in accordance with the provisions of law, applicable Polish and European standards and principles of sound technical knowledge.3. All work must be carried out correctly, in accordance with the art of gardening, applicable regulations and occupational health and safety requirements.4. The works carried out should be marked in accordance with the traffic management instructions for works obstructing road traffic, prepared by Contractor at his own expense. 5. Determination of plot boundaries or minimum planting distances should be done using geodetic methods.6. The Contractor each time presents the plant material to the Ordering Party for approval before planting. Only plants that comply with the documentation and are approved by the Ordering Party may be planted. The Contractor will inform the Ordering Party in writing about the date and location of the commencement of work no later than 24 hours before the commencement of work.
