- The subject of the order is: Notarial service consisting in concluding notarial deeds regarding the purchase of real estate pursuant to Art. 17-21 of the Act of May 9, 2025 amending the Act on special solutions related to removing the effects of floods and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 680 and art. 258a of the Water Law Act (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 960) "1. The subject of the order is the provision of notarial services consisting in the preparation of notarial deeds regarding the purchase by the State Treasury on the basis of: a) Articles 17 - 21 of the Act of May 9, 2025 amending the Act on special solutions related to removing the effects of floods and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 680), b) Art. 258a of the Water Law Act (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 960), real estate located in areas of particular flood risk, where the probability of flood occurrence is high and is at least 10%. 2.
