Description:
Part A: notebook (1 pc.)1) The subject of the order is the delivery of a notebook (1 pc.), hereinafter referred to as the equipment. The offered equipment must be brand new, unused, come from current production (i.e. year of production not older than 2024), have appropriate certificates and meet specific standards allowing the equipment to be used sale and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland.2) The scope of the order includes: purchase of equipment along with its delivery, transport, unloading and bringing it to the Ordering Party's premises. The contractor will provide technical service of the equipment during the warranty period, included in the offer price.3) A detailed description of the subject of the order is Appendix No. 2A to SWZ.4) The contractor should complete the order within: up to 11 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.5) Delivery address: University of Silesia, Supply Management Department, ul. Bankowa 14, 40-007 Katowice.6) Required minimum warranty period: 36 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol.7) Invoice payment deadline: 30 days; 8) Detailed terms of order execution and payment terms are included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
