Description:
The subject of the order is the expansion, superstructure and reconstruction of the building of Primary School No. The newly designed facility will be connected to the existing primary school building with internal doors. The designed building will have a compact, rectangular shape with a cutout in the corner from the north side. The roof was designed as a gable roof, covered with sandwich panels based on a board truss structure. The project assumes the superstructure and reconstruction of the building of the heating pipe building (former boiler room) along with the expansion of a room enabling access to the existing basement. The designed superstructure will function as a cloud and will not be functionally connected to the basement. The basement segment will be reduced by the south-eastern part.
