1. The subject of this Order is the provision of services consisting of preparing
and Supplying to the Employer all -day meals prepared on the basis of a contractor for patients using 24 -hour health services in the Provincial Independent Team of Public Health Care Center. prof. Eugeniusz Wilczkowski in Gostynin, hereinafter referred to as: WSZPZOZ Gostynin-Zalesie, Mental Health Center-departments: III C, V C, VI C and a psychiatric day ward, with the proviso that the Psychiatric Daily Department will only use dinners and nutritional supplements in accordance with dietary assumptions.
2. As part of this subject Orders The Contractor undertakes to perform a service to the Employer consisting in preparing and delivering to the Employer all-day meals prepared on the basis of a contractor for patients using 24-hour health services in WSZPZOZ in Gostynin-Zalesiu, Mental Health Center - branches: III C, V C, VI C and a Psychiatric Day Department, with the proviso that the Psychiatric Daily Department will only use dinners and nutritional additives in accordance with the assumptions of diet, help in unloading to ward wheelchairs, washing and disinfection GN containers and thermoports in the contractor's rooms on their own as well as the collection and utilization of nutritional waste, with due diligence, applicable legal provisions, health and safety regulations and Sanita ...
