Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of single-use equipment and sets for the transfusion of parenteral nutrition, along with the lease of pumps. The order includes 8 parts. A detailed description of the subject of the order, its scope and size are described in the SWZ and its annexes, including in the Price Forms.o-technical information for individual parts of the order, i.e.:
Task No. 1 - successive deliveries of single-use tourniquets.
Task No. 2 - successive deliveries of disposable sets and cannulas for filling bags for the MIBMIX C1 device.
Task No. 3 - successive deliveries of aprons , glovesand foil protectors, glasses and trays for medicines, surgical blades, face shields, identification ribbons, gastroscopy mouthpieces, dial blood pressure monitors, kidney-shaped bowls, plastic jars, gynecological specula and containers for transporting material for histopathological examinations.
Task No. 4 successive deliveries of anesthetic masks.
Task No. 5 successive deliveries of disposable parenteral nutrition transfusion sets.
Task No. 6 successive deliveries of Swan Ganz thermodilution balloon catheters compatible with the Phil monitoring system owned by the Ordering Partyips InteliVue.
Task No. 7 - successive deliveries of tubing for volumetric pumps for the Infusomat Space pumps owned by the Ordering Party.
Task No. 8 - successive deliveries of separator sets.
