Description:
The subject of the contract is the sale, supply of devices and other equipment in the range of the following parts:
Part 1. Ultrasound apparatus - 1 set
Part 2. Spirometer - 1 set
Part 3. Mobile ECG apparatus - 1 set
Part 4. Pulsoximeter - 1 set
Part 5. Weight with weight analyzer - 1 set.
Part 6. Function with temperature monitoring - 1 set
Part 7. Dermatoscope - 1 set
Part 8. Electronic visual acuity test - 1 set
Contract changes:
The parties allow the possibility of changing the contract:
1) in the event of circumstances indicated in the law, including the Act Public procurement law, in particular in art. 455 of the Public Procurement Law (hereinafter also the "PZP Act") under the principles indicated in these provisions;
2) in the scope of price reduction in the event of circumstances affecting (justifying) price reduction,
3) in terms of extension warranty period and/or warranty in the event of circumstances affecting the (justifying) extension of the warranty period,
4) in terms of changing the date of performance of the subject of the contract, if it is impossible to comply with the deadline specified in the contract for reasons attributable to the contracting authority,
5) in the scope of amending the date of performance of the subject of the contract, if it is impossible to comply with the deadline specified in the contract for the reasons attributable to the Contractor whose Contractor, with due diligence, was unable to avoid,
