Description:
1.Research includes:
1) preventive medical examinations - initial, periodic, follow-up;
2) laboratory and radiological tests, diagnostic tests, specialist consultations;
3) sanitary and epidemiological research;
4) medical examinations for drivers of motor vehicles, including vehicle drivers privileged;
5) medical examinations of security staff;
6) carrying out preventive activities aimed at eliminating the health effects of existing threats.

2. The distance of the offices where the Contractor will carry out the subject of the order may not be greater than 100 (+/- 5%) km along the road from the Ordering Party's headquarters. i.e. 16 WOG Drawsko Pomorskie. The distance of the medical facility from the Ordering Party's headquarters, i.e. 16 WOG Drawsko Pomorskie, will be checked by entering address data into the Gogle map (https://www.gogle.com/maps)/ Verified by taking into account the means of transport in the form of a car, the shortest route possible in accordance with road traffic regulations.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the Annexes to the SWZ.
