Description:
provision of medical services in the field of occupational medicine (initial, periodic, control examinations, psychotests, periodic examinations of security workers), i.e. provision of services in the field of laboratory and radiological tests and specialist consultations within occupational medicine for RON employees and professional soldiers and candidates for professional soldiers of the 31st Tactical Air Base, as well as units supplied to it from the area of Poznań and the garrison of Leszno and Rem in the scope of services not required by the task. 2 and 3. - Requirements regarding the execution of the order, penalties and quality requirements referred to in Art. 246 of the Act PZP are included in Annex No. 3a, 3b to SWZ draft agreements. The order completion date is 2 years. Planned date of commencement of the service: January 1, 2026. In the event of a prolonged tender procedure - the service will start from the date of conclusion of the contract. In the event of the application of the option right the order completion date is consistent with the completion date of the basic order.
