- 1.The subject of the order is:
implementation in the "design and build" system of the task consisting in the construction of one peak gas unit operating in a simple cycle (Open Cycle Gas Turbine, hereinafter referred to as "OCGT"), along with auxiliary facilities for PGE Inwest 23 sp. z o. o. and
benefit maintenance services under the LTSA Agreement for a selected group of devices of the OCGT gas unit for PGE Inwest 23 sp. z o.o.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order is described in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Functional and Utility Program (FFU), Annex No. 2A to the SWZ - EPC Agreement and Annex No. 2B to the SWZ LTSA Agreement.
3. Each time, in all cases in which the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order using standards, technical assessments, specifications technical and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2) and section 3) Act of September 11, 2019 Law orders public, hereinafter referred to as the "PZP Act", the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described - on the principles described in Art. 101 section 4 and section 5 of the Public Procurement Law.
4. The Ordering Party intends to apply for financing from the capacity market revenues. The Ordering Party informs that in a situation where public funds, which it intends to use to finance all or part of the Order, in particular from funds from revenues from the capacity market, will not be granted to it (including those granted in an amount lower than the requested amount), the Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure, in herpes... - Documents:
