Description:
Inquiry: Foam suppliers to the Tychy Water Park, in accordance with Annex No. 1 - a description of the subject of the contract The offer form, in accordance with the template of Annex 2. Along with the offer, the Economic Entity is obliged to submit the documents indicated in point 9, item 3 OPZ (attachment No. 1), i.e.: DECONVITIONS AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION. APPLICATION is carried out in accordance with the Regulations of RCGW S.A. regarding the award of public procurement worth below PLN 1,300.00 net. The contractor may only be one offer in the form electronic, with the valuation of the object described in the request inquiry with the preservation of the appointed deadline. Do not comply with any of the abovementioned and other dimensions/criteria described in the offer inquiry. The contractor's offer is allowed to negotiate the price of the contractors who submitted the most favorable offer subject to rejection. The exposed price must be confirmed in writing by the Contractor.
