Description:
Inquiry: supply of water meters with a radio module, in accordance with Annex 1 - description of the order of the order. The offer form in accordance with the template of Annex 2 and the assortment-price form according to the template of Annex No. 2a. conducted is in accordance with the Regulations of RCGW S.A. in Tychy of 06.02.2024, regarding the award of public procurement worth below PLN 1,300.00 net. The contractor may only include one offer in electronic form, with the valuation of the item deadline. The conditions will cause the offer to be rejected. The most advantageous will be considered an offer with the lowest price or presenting the more favorable balance of prices and other dimensions/criteria described in the offer inquiry. Protect by choosing the contractor's offer It is allowed to provide negotiations of the price of the contractors who submitted the most favorable offers not rejected. The exposed price must be confirmed in writing by the Contractor
