- Offer inquiry: drone delivery for monitoring resources in the field, in accordance with OPZ (Annex 1). The converter is obliged to submit: the offer form, in accordance with the template of Annex No. 2; assortment and price form, in accordance with the template of Annex No. 2, the proceedings are conducted in accordance withwith the RCGW S.A. Regulations in Tychy of 06.02.2024, regarding the award of public procurement worth below PLN 130,000.00 net. The Contractor may submit only one offer in electronic form, with the valuation of the subject of the contract described in the request inquiry, while maintaining the set deadline.Failure to meet any of the above The conditions will cause the offer to be rejected. The most advantageous offer is the offer with the lowest price or presenting the most favorable balance of prices and other requirements/criteria described in the inquiry.It is allowed to negotiate the price with three contractors who have submitted the most favorable offers not rejected. The negotiated price must be confirmed in writing by the Contractor.
