Description:
Offer inquiry: extension of technical support for the ArCSERVE UDP (Systembackup) license together with the consolidation of the license and the period of supporting support, in accordance with OPZ (Annex 1). The EXPANDER is obliged to submit the offer form, in accordance with the template of Annex No. 2 and the assortment and price form in accordance with the model paddler No. 2a. Pursuant to the Regulations EMPLEMS S.A. in Tychy of 06.02.2024, regarding the award of public procurement below PLN 130,000.00 net. The Contractor may submit only one offer in a form e -electronic form, with a valuation of the subject of the contract described in the offer inquiry, with the preservation of the appointed deadline.
