Description:
Offer inquiry: Service to improve the comfort of the downhill along with the replacement of soft connections in the "Onion" venues in the Tychy Water Park, in accordance with OPZ (Annex No. 1). The contractor is obliged to submit the offer form, in accordance with the template of Annex No. 2. The next proceedings are conducted in accordance with Regulations EMPLEMENTS S.A. in Tychy of 06.02.2024, regarding the award of public procurement below PLN 130,000.00 net. The Contractor may submit only one offer in a form e -electronic form, with a valuation of the subject of the contract described in the offer inquiry, with the preservation of the appointed deadline. Failure to meet any of the above The conditions indicate that the offer will be rejected. For the more advantageous offer, the offer is considered to be the lowest price or presenting the more favorable balance of prices and other requirements/criteria described in the offer. The possibility of negotiating the price is to be negotiated by contractors who, who are more favorable offers not to reject. The negotiated price must be confirmed in writing by the contractor.
