Description:
The building and plots covered by the planned construction are located in Olza (44-353). The investment area covered by the study is located on plots no. 107, 108, 106 in the immediate vicinity of the building of the Cultural Center in Olza. The scope of the construction project includes construction works related to, among others: from: expansions, reconstruction and thermal modernization of the building; adaptation of the building for the needs of the Volunteer Fire Department while maintaining the auxiliary function of the Cultural Center and furnishing the building. The scope of works includes, among others: security works, demolition works, demolition works, expansion, reconstruction, thermal modernization of the building including: replacement of windows and doors, implementation of moisture/waterproof insulation and insulation of external walls below and above the ground, insulation of the building's roof. Construction works will also involve adapting some rooms, including: for the purposes of the Volunteer Fire Brigade. Range the task also includes elements of the building's equipment. The Contractor will be responsible for obtaining any decisions/permits for cutting down (as part of the power of attorney received from the Ordering Party).
