- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of medicinal products - oncological drugs for the needs of the Katowice Oncology Center in forms, doses and estimated quantities, the list of which divided into Packages 1 to 118 is Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - Price Offer.
Subject of the order is a medicinal product - with an international name in the form and dose specified by the Ordering Party.
2. Designation of the subject of the contract in the Common Procurement Vocabulary:
33600000-6 pharmaceutical products,
3. Requirements:
1) The quantities of the medicinal product ordered may be reduced during the validity period contracts depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party related to the health services provided and will result from current orders without the Contractor being able to pursue claims for a reduction in the quantity of the purchased medicinal product.
2) The quantity of the ordered goods will not be smaller than 50% of the value of the Agreement.
3) The medicinal product must be delivered in accordance with the applicable regulations.
4) The Ordering Party understands the purchase and delivery of medicinal products as deliveries to the Hospital Pharmacy carried out continuously at the Ordering Party's request within the deadlines specified by the Ordering Party. specific, i.e.:
a) cito up to 24 hours
b) planned up to 48 hours
from placing an order by the Ordering Party in writing sent via e-mail.
