- 1. The subject of the order includes the execution of works consisting in the ongoing maintenance and care of greenery in 2026 in the area of ββLasek Szubianki park along with street greenery on a part of the street. WrocΕawska (in accordance with the design documentation), in particular gardening and cleaning works specified in detail in Annex 4 to the contract (i.e. price form - documentation regarding bills of quantities, schedule and frequency of work).
1 should be implemented in accordance with the following documents:
1) Annex No. 1 - Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works regarding works related to the ongoing maintenance and care of green areas in the Jarocin Commune;
2) Appendix No. 2 - Instructions for the care and operation of greenery, for the task: "Development of the park area at street Szubianki in Jarocin";
3) Annex No. 3 - Land development project;
4) Annex No. 4 - Price form;
5) Annex No. 5 - Design documentation - Lasek Szubianki park;
6) Annex No. 6 - Specification of Order Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "SWZ").
2. The Ordering Party will send it to the Contractor the scope and deadline for carrying out the works specified in Β§ 1 by e-mail.
3. The Contractor undertakes to respond, i.e. to start work upon the Ordering Party's notification of the need to perform the work included in the order description within the declared business days, counting from the day following the submission of the order. zl... - Documents:
