Description:
1. The subject of the order is the performance of works consisting in the ongoing maintenance and care of green areas in the rural area in the Jarocin commune in 2026 in the scope of maintaining parks, squares and other green areas, and in particular works in the field of various gardening and cleaning works. specified in detail in Annex 3 to the contract (i.e. price form).
1, should be implemented in accordance with the following documents:
1) Annex No. 1 - Technical Specification for Construction and Acceptance Works related to the ongoing maintenance and care of green areas in the Jarocin Commune;
2) Annex No. 2 - Map showing the spatial scope of the order;
3) Annex No. 3 - Price form;
4) Annex No. 4 - Specification of Order Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "SWZ").
3. Ordering Party will send the Contractor the scope and date of completion of the works specified in § 1 by e-mail.
4. The Contractor undertakes to respond, i.e. to start work upon the Ordering Party's notification of the need to perform the work included in the order description within the declared working days, counting from the day following the sending of the work order by the Ordering Party.
5. Immediately after accepting the order, the Contractor is obliged to inform in a letter delivered to the Ordering Party or by sending a message to the e-mail address of the Ordering Party's representative about any known to him ok...
