- The subject of the order includes the implementation of works related to the ongoing maintenance of 496 municipal buildings administered by ZGN in the Praga Pnoc District of the capital city. Warsaw and municipal premises in 273 buildings of housing communities in technical efficiency in the field of works related to the general construction industry: carpentry, joinery, glasswork and construction works, as well as other repair works necessary to maintain the property in technical condition. Detailed location, type and scope of work resulting from the current needs related to maintaining the property in technical condition, and which the Ordering Party is currently cannot predict, will be determined successively at the time of their occurrence, orders by authorized representatives of the Ordering Party in individual Resident Service Administrations, hereinafter referred to as AOM.
