Description:
1. The subject of the order is the ongoing maintenance of courtrooms in the building of the District Court in Pockk at pl. Gabriela Narutowicza 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.2. For work carried out and built, installed or otherwise materials and construction products used in the execution of these works (excluding LED light fixtures) the Contractor will provide a warranty of at least 36 months, counting from the date of completion of the final acceptance of the subject of the contract (the Contractor may offer a longer warranty period, for which will receive additional points in the criterion for selecting the most advantageous offer (warranty period). The Contractor will provide a warranty of at least 60 months for the installed LED light fixtures. The warranty period is equal to the warranty period. Detailed warranty conditions i warranty are specified in the contract template.
