Description:
1.1. The subject of the order is the maintenance of national, district, municipal and internal public roads. The scope of work includes in particular: - removal of defects in roads and sidewalks, pavement repair, repairs and additions to the existing substructure, - repairs and additions to the existing subgrade, - liquidation deformation of the road and sidewalks posing a threat to road traffic safety, - works aimed at increasing the safety and comfort of vehicle and pedestrian traffic, consisting in laying a new surface, - maintenance of the existing surface.1.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order includes: 1) Bill of quantities (Appendix No. 3 to SWZ); 2) Technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ);3) Designed provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ) - hereinafter referred to as Documentation.1.3. The selected Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a guarantee and warranty for the subject of the order for a period consistent with the Contractor's offer, however, not shorter than 24 months, counting from the day following the day of the protocol acceptance - without reservations - of the monthly material scope referred to in the draft provisions of the contract, performed under the conditions specified in Specifications...
