Description:
1. The subject of the order is: ongoing maintenance, repairs and maintenance of street and park lighting in accordance with the calculation of the offer price (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ), description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ) and the contract template (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ).2. The subject of the order includes: 1) ongoing maintenance street lighting devices in the city of Ostrda;2) delivery, replacement and assembly of steel street lighting poles - 8 pcs;3) delivery, replacement and assembly of LED luminaires - 10 pcs;4) installation of a new overhead installation - 120 m;5) installation of a new underground installation - 1147 m;6) reconstruction of the surface paving stones after laying the cable - 246 m2;7) location of cable failure - 12 pcs.;8) replacement of the lighting fixture - the Ordering Party's material - 20 pcs.3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers.4. Reasons for not dividing the order into parts: The subject of the order is ongoing maintenance, repairs and maintaining street and park lighting in the city of Ostrda in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The ordering party does not plan to divide the order into parts, as its size does not constitute an access barrier to the order for MP. ...
