Description:
1. The subject of the order includes the service of ongoing maintenance of sewage facilities intended for discharging rainwater and snowmelt water together with rainwater inlets on the areas and roads belonging to the Midzyrzecz Commune, located in the towns of: Midzyrzecz, Bobowicko, Bukowiec, Gorzyca, Jagielnik, Kaawa, Kszyca Lena, Nietoperek, Pniewo, St. Wojciech and Wyszanowo. The order includes a set of activities ensuring constant and uninterrupted collection of rainwater and meltwater discharged from the surface, in particular drainage, repairs and maintenance of the network in the area of the Midzyrzecz commune.2. The scope of services applies areas belonging to the Commune of Midzyrzecz, including in particular: the area of the town of Midzyrzecz (lands and roads belonging to the Commune of Midzyrzecz), Bobowicko, Bukowiec, Gorzyca, Jagielnik, Kaawa, Kszyca Lena, Nietoperek, Pniewo, św. Wojciech and Wyszanowo.3. The subject of the order must be performed in accordance with Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ a detailed description of the subject of the order and Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ map.
