PART 1,,Current maintenance of vertical and horizontal road markings and road safety elements on municipal roads in 20261. The subject of the order is the ongoing maintenance and renovation of vertical markings, as well as emergency marking of road hazards, as well as the replacement worn signs into new ones and making changes to the traffic organization, as well as making horizontal markings in accordance with the target and temporary traffic organization projects approved for implementation. The order is to be carried out in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of July 3, 2003 in on detailed technical conditions for road signs and signals as well as road traffic safety devices and the conditions for their placement on roads (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2311, as amended). ATTENTION! In the event of a failure (sudden occurrence of damage to vertical markings posing a threat to safety and health of road users) the required time for its removal or securing the site of the failure is up to 1 hour from the time of reporting by telephone.
