- The subject of the order is the ongoing maintenance of vertical markings and road traffic safety devices as well as horizontal markings on municipal roads in the Kty Wrocawskie Commune. Detailed description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order includes the current one maintenance, maintenance and operation of vertical signs, street name boards and road safety devices as well as horizontal markings on municipal roads, including internal roads managed by the Mayor of the City and Commune of Kty Wrocawskie.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the terms of implementation are specified in the Draft Provisions of the contract constituting an annex to this ToR.3. The Contractor will perform the Agreement based on the detailed price list in Annex No. 1, each time on a separate basis instruction submitted by the Ordering Party in writing or by e-mail.4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the number of vertical and horizontal signs, safety devices and works listed in the detailed price list - Annex No. 2.
