Description:
1. The subject of the order is the ongoing repairs and maintenance of water, sanitary, central heating and gas installations in municipal buildings owned by the Legionowo Municipality, managed and administered by KZB Legionowo Spka z o.o. as well as on other areas, facilities and devices KZB Legionowo Spka z o. o. listed in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.2. The Contractor undertakes to maintain the entrusted buildings together with associated devices and installations in proper technical condition. The contractor undertakes to perform the work promptly with full care and professionalism and to remove failures.3. The ordering party requires that the contractor or subcontractor employ, under an employment contract, at least 4 people directly performing work on the implementation of the subject of the order, i.e. maintenance work and repairs of heating installations and devices, ventilation, gas, water and sewage systems as well as gas installations and devices.
