- 1. The subject of the contract is current service, service and maintenance of the building of the European Solidarity Center together with the adjacent area.
2. The contracting authority, in accordance with art. 121 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law, reserves the obligation to perform a key task by the Contractor in person, including actionsperformed by the technical service of the contractor. The scope of the key task and the activities to be performed by the Technical Service Staff of the Contractor have been specified in detail in the provisions of the Chapter and paragraph 1 of the description of the subject of the contract, which is Annex 1 to SWZ.
