Description:
The subject of the order is to provide the Ordering Party with the service of ongoing support for the Ordering Party's transport services, consisting in driving vehicles used by the Ordering Party by a total of up to 7 employees of the Contractor, in accordance with the subject of the order described in Volume II and III SWZ.
The service will be provided on an ongoing basis, according to the needs of the Ordering Party, for a period of the next 12 months, in a total maximum number of up to 18,285 man-hours.
7 Terms of Order Specification (SWZ):
7. The following Contractors may apply for the award of the contract: meet conditions of participation
in proceedings regarding technical or professional capacity:
7.1 The contractor will meet the condition if it proves that in the period of 3 years before the deadline for submitting offers, and if the period of conducting business is shorter - during this period, it has completed at least 3 contracts, of which each met the following requirements:
1) the subject of the contracts was/is the performance of driving activities of vehicles used by the Contractor or the service recipient in order to provide ongoing transport services to the service recipient,
2) the value of the service provided was not less than PLN 25,000.00 PLN gross.
In the case of recurring or continuous services that are still being performed, the contract value must relate to the part already performed, no and the entire scope, including the future unrealized scope of the contract.
