Description:
Detailed description of the subject of the order: The scope of the order includes: 1. Subscriptions to foreign magazines in 2026 according to the attached list constituting Appendix No. 2 to SWZ.2. As part of the delivery, the Contractor ensures: a) online subscription service by setting up a user account for the Ordering Party on the Contractor's website; b) providing an online subscription and providing documentation regarding the necessary licenses for online access; c) maintaining and making available, at the Ordering Party's request, statistics on the use of online access in connection with Art. 30 section 1 point 3 of the Act of June 29, 1995 on public statistics (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 649, as amended); d) communicating with the Ordering Party in Polish via telephone, e-mail and in situations requiring it. 3. The Contractor completes formalities related to online subscription licenses.4. Ordering party informs about the lack of online access to articles in the magazine covered by the subscription or other irregularities that prevent the Ordering Party from using the online subscription, and then the Contractor submits a complaint to the Publisher on behalf of the Ordering Party.5.
