1. The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive services for domestic and foreign trips for employees of the Medical University of Gdańsk using an online platform, in particular through:
a.zpurchase of airline, railway, coach and ferry tickets for domestic and foreign routes for the Ordering Party's employees, together with issuing and delivering tickets to the Ordering Party's employees via the online platform,
b. reservation and rental of seats for the Ordering Party's employeescustoms services in hotels in Poland and abroad, together with the delivery of reservation confirmations to the Ordering Party's employees via the online platform,
c. provision of other services described in the description of the subject of the order and the draft contract.
2. The order consists of a basic order andspeaking covered by the following option:
BASIC ORDER
• comprehensive handling of domestic and foreign trips for MUG employees using the online platform - in accordance with point 1 above and Annex No. 3 to the SWZ (description of the subject of the order).
The Ordering Party undertakes to implement the orderbasic order in the amount of at least 20% of the value of the basic order, specified in § 3 section 2 point 2.1 of the draft contract.
