Description:
1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for the buildings and facilities of the Nakło nad Notecią commune and its organizational units, as well as the Museum of the Krajeńska Land, Nakło County Cultural Center, District and Municipal Public Library and Nakielski Sportu Sp. z o. o. and lighting of roads and squares.
2. The Contractor will supply electricity that meets technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law and the implementing regulations to this Act. and Polish Standards.
3. The total estimated demand for comprehensive electricity supply during the order implementation period is: 3,100 MWh.
4. The amount of electricity demand indicated above is an estimate estimated for each electricity consumption point. with due care based on current electricity consumption. The above does not reflect the actual use of electricity during the duration of the contract and cannot under any circumstances constitute the basis for any claims on the part of the Contractor. The Contractor's remuneration will be calculated according to unit prices and fees specified in the offer and actual electricity consumption at individual consumption points. The Ordering Party guarantees the purchase of energy at a minimum level of 50% of the above-mentioned demand.
