Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of equipment for the Medically Assisted Reproduction Center as part of the Warsaw Infertility Treatment Center at the Warsaw Southern Hospital sp. z o. o. The subject of the order includes in particular the sale, delivery, deployment and assembly of supplies in the locations indicated by Z.the ordering party in the premises of the Warsaw Southern Hospital, as well as putting the equipment into operation and carrying out start-up (by authorized persons) before acceptance, functional tests of the device's efficiency, as well as ensuring that the device is started up by the manufacturer's service, if required.to maintain the warranty.
