Description:
1. The subject of the order is the additional equipment for the Central Sterilization Plant (stage I) and the delivery of a hemodynamic monitor as part of the investment task entitled "First equipment of the Southern Hospital" PN/35AM/08/2023/PWSP. The subject of the contract includes, in particular, the sale, delivery, distribution ine rooms of the Warsaw Southern Hospital indicated by the Ordering Party, as well as commissioning of the equipment and performance of the commissioning (by authorized persons) before acceptance, functional tests of the device's efficiency, as well as ensuring the commissioning of the device by the manufacturer's service, ifif there is a requirement to maintain the warranty.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Appendix 2 "Assortment and price form" and Appendix 8 "Technical parameters of the subject of the contract".
