The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment for Warszawski Szpital Południowy sp. z o.o. as part of the KPO D1.1.1 Project part XI.

Task No. 1 - Treatment table
Task No. 2 - Blood collection chair
Task no. 3 - Incubator for infusion fluids
Task no 4 - Medicine refrigerator
Task No. 5 - Laundry rack
Task No. 6 - Hat with headlights
Task no. 7 - Shadowless, mobile operating lamp
Task No. 8 - Nursing/medicine trolleys
Task No. 9 - Resuscitation carts
Task No. 10 - Wheelchairs
Detailed description of the subject of the order contains Annex No. 2 "Assortment and price form" and Annexes No. 8A-8J - "Technical parameters of the subject of the order". The subject of the order includes in particular the sale, delivery and bringing of medical equipment to the premises indicated by the Ordering Party at the Warsaw Hospital. South, arrangement and assembly of the delivered devices in places indicated by the Ordering Party, activation of the equipment and performance of commissioning, functional tests and efficiency tests of the devices before technical acceptance (performed by authorized persons). The contractor is obliged to provide startup of the device by the manufacturer's authorized service, if it is a necessary condition for maintaining the warranty.
