Description:
The subject of the order is divided into three parts:
Part 1 - Providing services in the City and Commune of Nakło nad Notecią in the field of collecting municipal waste from owners of real estate where residents live, disposal of bulk municipal waste (wild dumps).
Part 2 Providing services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste from markets, public toilets, municipal cemeteries, national memorial sites, removal of dead animals.
Part 3 Providing services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste from fire station premises fire stations, UMiG Nakło buildings.
2.1. The subject of the order is the provision of services in the City and Commune of Nakło nad Notecią over a period of 12 months, in the field of collecting municipal waste from owners of real estate where residents live.
2.1.1. Characteristics of the commune
1) Urban commune rural.
2) The area of the commune is 186.97 km2 (of which 10.62 km2 covers the area of the city of Nakło nad Notecią).
3) The commune is inhabited by 25,381 inhabitants (as of July 2025 - based on submitted declarations).
4) The commune consists of the town of Nakło nad Notecią with 14,634 inhabitants and a rural area (29 towns) with 10,747 inhabitants (based on submitted declarations).
5) The number of inhabitants of the city and individual towns in the commune is presented in Annex No. 1 to the description of the subject of the order.
