Description:
1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the collection of municipal waste as well as its transport and management in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026
from inhabited and uninhabited properties, collection of bulky waste and used electrical equipment and electronically from property owners during a round-trip collection once a year and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in the Ropa Commune, collected in accordance with the provisions of the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Ropa Commune. The subject of the order includes also providing residents with bags for segregated and unsegregated waste free of charge. The scope of the order includes:
1) collection of mixed (unsegregated) municipal waste
in containers, containers or bags. Frequency of loading and unloading once a month from January to March and from November to December, and twice a month from April to October.
2) collection of municipal waste collected selectively, divided into:
(a)paper waste, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and packaging waste
made of cardboard,
b)waste glass, including glass packaging waste,
c) metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging collected together (in containers and bags intended for the collection of plastics) ...
