A brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is operating leasing 5 of the factory-new cars for the needs of the City of Nowy Sącz for a period of three years together with the redemption of the current fleet., 2. As part of the proceedings, the Contractor undertakes to purchase and returned to the Ordering Party to use Factory new vehicles with qualitative, technical, construction and functional parameters and equipment compatible with the description of the subject of the subject contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ and the requirements contained in Chapter III of SWZ. , 3.
