- 1. The subject of the order is operational leasing for the delivery of a new specialized car.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the Lease Terms and Conditions, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, and the technical specification of the car, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
3. The contractor will provide The customer is provided with a warranty for the car for the period specified in the technical specifications.
4. The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations and be allowed to drive on public roads, in accordance with the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 110 as amended d.).
5. The vehicle must have an approval certificate or another document allowing road traffic in the EU.
6. The ordering party has the right to pay for its trademarks on the vehicle for the entire duration of the contract.
7. The Contractor consents to installation by the Ordering Party on its own, a GPS vehicle monitoring system, without losing the right to pursue claims under the warranty granted for the subject of the order.
8. The preparation of the contract in accordance with the provisions of this ToR is the responsibility of the Contractor.
