Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance and operation services for central heating installations in buildings managed by KZGM in Katowice, in the resources of the Building Operations Department 1 to 6, consisting in particular of: 1) completing the central heating installation; 2) checking the position of the valves vertical, on distributor beams, opening closed valves; 3) checking the condition of thermal insulation on pipelines (in common parts of buildings); 4) making incorrect reports on behalf of the Ordering Party to heat suppliers and entities operating boiler rooms and exchange stations, in order to ensure correct parameters of the heating medium supplied to buildings; 5) removing leaks and leaks in the central heating installation. by rewinding, tightening threaded and flange connections, and installing sealing clamps; 6) adjustment of the heating medium size settings in radiator valves, incl subvertical pressure difference valves and other control valves, elimination of malfunctions of individual radiators, 7) adjustment of settings in subvertical control valves, elimination of malfunctions of the installation, 8) venting instal...
