Description of the subject of the orderThe subject of the order is the performance of the task titled: Operation and maintenance in good sanitary condition of 79 Psi Package stations and 6 pcs. containers for dog excrement in Widnica in 2026. 1. The scope of the task includes operating the Psi Package station 3 times a week, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, by purchasing and replenishing bags at distributors, in an amount of not less than 85,000 pieces per month, approximately 1,000 pieces for each station. Dog package and container per month, and emptying waste containers and taking their contents for disposal, as well as maintaining them in good condition sanitary stations by washing them at the request of the Ordering Party, no more than once every two months. 2. In the event of any damage to the equipment, the Contractor is obliged to immediately notify the Ordering Party.3. The Contractor is not responsible for the consequences of acts of vandalism and theft provided immediately report them to the Ordering Party.4. If irregularities and damages are found as a result of acts or negligence on the part of the Contractor, he is obliged to remove the irregularities and damages at his own expense, within designated...
