- The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in the operation of five stationary container Hazardous Waste Collection Points, hereinafter referred to as PZON, which accept waste delivered by residents. The Hazardous Waste Collection Points are located in Gdynia in the following districts: Cisowa ul. Chyloska 301 next to the OPEC facility, Pogrze Dolne ul. eliwna 3 next to the OPEC facility, Karwiny ul. Nakowska 20 at the OPEC facility, Orowo ul. Kasztanowa 4A at the PEWIK sewage pumping station, Witomino ul. Konwaliowa 1 next to the OPEC facility. In order to perform the subject of the Order, the Contractor is obliged to assign employees with whom it has concluded contracts (employment contracts, civil law contracts) to perform activities for the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party will not bear the costs related to the employment of persons servicing the Waste Collection Points, but only the lump-sum cost of servicing five Waste Collection Points.
