- Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the service is the operation of an interbank ferry crossing on the San River (km 3,900) in the town of Czekaj Pniowski along the provincial road No. 854 from Annopol - Kosin - Antoniw - Gorzyce on the section at km 23,275 23,399 in 2023, along with maintenance ondue to the technical condition of the ferry and the accompanying boat by performing minor maintenance repairs using the Contractor's materials and applying a paint coating to provide anti-corrosion protection to the flat-bottomed steel boat used for the intercoastal transport of passengers during low water periods using the materials providedh by the Ordering Party., The description of the Subject of the Order and the method of execution of the order are included in the OPZ constituting an Annex to the SWZ., Pursuant to Art. 222 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority informs that it intends to allocate the following amounts to finance the order: PLN 175,271.04.
