Description:
1. The subject of the procedure is the award of a public contract for the provision of operation, maintenance, service and maintenance services, including technical inspections and repairs of failures - gas boiler rooms, central heating, hot water and hydrophore installations. in buildings constituting the resources of the Bielsko-Biaa Commune, managed by the Housing Management Department.2. The list of facilities and devices, together with the models of gas boilers and devices as well as their location, is attached as Annex No. 3 to the Specification.3. The detailed scope of activities covered by the subject of the order is specified in Description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the Specification.
