- The subject of the Order is the operation of a railway siding located on the premises of the Dolna Odra Power Plant in Nowe Czarnowo, the purpose of which is to ensure efficient, smooth and timely unloading of coal wagons on wagon tipplers, placing coal at appropriate loading pointswagons with other goods (water solutions of hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, hydrated lime, fuel oil), cleaning wagons and coal bunkers after coal unloading, supervision and ongoing maintenance of railway traffic control devices and railway road structures (tracks and turnouts).
