Description:
I. The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance services for 16 year-round, seasonal and self-service public toilets, including: 1. Providing, at your own expense and at your own expense, the appropriate amount of cleaning products, such as: toilet paper, soap, towels and agents for cleaning and disinfecting toilets and their equipment and ongoing monitoring of the cleanliness of toilets.2. Maintaining constant cleanliness of toilet rooms and their immediate surroundings, i.e.: a) washing and disinfecting sanitary facilities every day, b) washing, disinfecting tiles, washing mirrors every day, c) washing windows as needed, d) removing inscriptions, graffiti, paintings, etc. inside facilities and on the external walls of toilets by painting in the existing colors, but no later than within 7 days from the date of their placement, e) maintaining order within and around the toilets, f) sweeping hardened areas, removing scattered and spilled waste liquids, etc., g) cleaning, de-icing and removing slipperiness on paved surfaces, snow mud, and the effects of black ice in front of toilet buildings, h) ensuring the continuous opening of toilets during their operation, including note...
