Description:
The subject of the contract is supervision, monitoring, inspection and control of works and their results, performed as part of the implementation of the task entitled Korzenna, Łabowa, Nawojowa and the City of Nowy Sącz Records: 0118, 0119, 0120, 0121, 0122 and 0123.
Supervision, the obligations of the contractor hereinafter referred to as the monitoring and controlling entity "PMK", will include in particular:
inspection, monitoring, control and supervision over work, in particular geodetic and cartographic, including an EGIB database update.
Control of works, including geodetic and cartographic, implemented, among others applicable legal provisions, technical conditions (WT) and the provisions of the contract, provisions in the Workshop, generally understood professional care and the inspection of products transferred by the contractor of works related to the EGIB database update as part of a given task, stage, and activities.
