1. The subject of the contract is the service of providing a long -term bank loan in the amount of 14 PLN 200,000 to pay off previously taken liabilities due to long -term loans and to finance the planned budget deficit.
The Employer does not allow any commissions and other fees in the field of launch and loan service.
The contracting authority reserves the right taking a loan in an amount lower than a fixed (i.e. lower than PLN 14,200,000), but not lower than PLN 13,000,000, without charging commissions and additional fees. In this case, the final loan installments will be properly reduced.
Loan period: from the date of conclusion of the contract to 29 October 2032
Planned loan repayment date with interest: until October 29, 2032.
The loan is repaid in the amount of PLN 14,200,000 in the period from January 31, 2026 to October 29, 2032. In the following way:
1) in 2026 - PLN 500,000 - in 1 (one) installment in the amount of 500 PLN 000 on: January 30;
2) in 2027 - PLN 800,000 - in 4 (four) installments of PLN 200,000 on January 29,
February 26, March 31, April 30;
3) in 2028 - PLN 2,000,000 - in 10 (ten) installments of PLN 200,000 on January 31,
February 29, March 31, April 28, May 31, June 30, 31 July 31, September 29,
October 31;
4) in 2029 - PLN 2,500,000 - in 10 (ten) installments of PLN 250,000 on: January 31, February 28, March 30, April 30, May 30, June 29, 31...
