Description:
I. 1. The subject of the contract is to order the update of the documentation of the Protective Task Plan Documentation together with the implementation of natural expertise for the Natura 2000 Dolina Białki PLH120024.
2. Departures of the scope of the subject of this order (including a detailed description of the method of implementation of the task, Indirect terms) specifies Annex 9 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract (OPZ).
3. The order is divided into three stages:
3.1.tap I to perform until November 15, 2025, including the performance of field work and developing ichthyological expertise in 2025;
3.2.etap II to be done until 31 January 2026, covering the development of the documentation of the Ichthystychy Protective Task Plan;
3.3.etap III until December 10, 2026, including the performance of field work and developing a phytosociological expertise and developing documentation of the plan of protective tasks in the field of phytosociology, as well as participation in the social communication process.
The offer in the proceedings is made, under pain of nullity in electronic form, i.e. a qualified electronic signature.
