1. The subject of the order is hotel services for the organization of the 25th National Electronics Conference by the Maritime University of Gdynia from June 14, 2026. (Sunday) until June 18, 2026 (Thursday) for a maximum of 150 people (basic order for a minimum of 80 people, option rights for a maximum of 150 people)2. The ordering party requires that the hotel: a) be located in Darwek, within 150 meters from the beach. b) have a minimum 3-star standard. c) have an aqua park nearby. d) have: min. 2 conference rooms, bankers' room, outdoor barbecue area3.
